These screws are #4 x 12mm Oval Head
The same size used by Fender
Note: Ibanez guitars use metric screws, but these fit very nicely (the head diameter is very slightly smaller than stock Ibanez screws) They still look great.
Beware of those selling #3 x12mm or not specifying the size!
